Great Work! To start,I like the name. You're right it is very catchy. Your site and pages are easy to navigate. The students should not have difficulty at all. I'm all for the certificate at the end. I know how much they like to be rewarded. I can see how your project was/is a huge undertaking. I have no doubt that all your work will be beneficial to your students and others as well!
I love your site and think it could be a very powerful tool! (I found myself doing some lessons!...:) The name of your site is great too!
I agree you've bitten off a big chunk here, but the payoff could be amazing, if you can carry out the project to finality and keep it maintained. I feel your frustrations with limitations of free sites, but I guess it's to be somewhat expected (at least for now). I love Google and its docs, but it does have limitations.
As far as adding a pic, try Yodio for your next podcast. Granted, you use your phone, so the sound quality and your tools may be limited, but you can add at least a pic (I think more if you upgrade) and if you're doing something relatively simple, it's perfect.
I definitely feel your frustrations with students being behind, as mine almost always are. A resource that allowed them to catch up or at least review the lessons you've covered would be great. With students who miss frequently, the time you could save yourself could be amazing too! I look forward to seeing the finished project! I'm excited for you!
